While we have significantly increased our services to low income patients in recent years, we are still not able to provide care to all who come to our doors. The opening of Heart of the City Health Center and the Wyoming Community Health Center is part of this effort to accommodate the growing need. Your gift will help us as we strive to provide access to health care for all.

Though we serve over 65,000 individuals annually, the economic climate continues to impact our ability to meet the need. With your help, we can serve more men, women and children in desperate need of our services. Your gift will help us:

• Provide essential medical, dental, vision and mental health services to a growing number of patients in need
• Extend pediatric and prenatal care services to more mothers and children in the community
• Expand our Integrated Care model to provide coordinated physical, mental and behavioral health care for all
